To remove the Clean Emission Module (CEM), use
lifting eyes (1). Lifting eyes are designed and
installed for the specific CEM arrangement. Do not
use the lifting eyes for any other purpose than lifting
the CEM.
Alterations to the lifting eyes and/or the CEM make
the lifting eyes and the lifting fixtures obsolete. If
alterations are made, ensure that proper lifting
devices are provided. Consult your Perkins dealer, or
your Perkins distributor for information regarding
fixtures for proper CEM lifting.
