Use this mounting system only for its intended use as described in these instructions. Do
not use additional attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
Do not use outdoors. This product is intended for indoor use only.
Do not exceed any weight capacity listed in the manual for this product. Overloading
audio and / or video carts with additional equipment not in specified locations, may
result in death or serious injury due to the cart collapsing, instability during movement, or
tipping over.
Route cords and cables properly to avoid mechanical damage and possible trip hazards.
Additional care should always be taken when using carts around children. Interesting
objects, like a remote control or toy, placed or stored on the cart could encourage a
child to climb on the cart and cause the cart to tip over. Death or serious injury may
occur when children climb on audio and / or video equipment carts.
We are not liable for damage or injury caused by improper mounting, incorrect assembly,
or inappropriate use.

Check the VESA Pattern of Your TV before You Begin the Installation
If your TV VESA is greater than 600 x 400mm / 23.6 x 15.7” or less than
VESA 100 x 100mm / 3.9 x 3.9”, this TV cart is NOT compatible.
If this TV cart is NOT compatible, please contact customer service at
supportus@perlesmith.com to find a compatible product.

Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from tip over. To help prevent tip over:
● Never allow children to climb, stand, hang, or play on any part of TV or TV cart.
● Use tip over restraint or anchor to attach the TV cart against wall.
● Use of tip over restraints may only reduce, but not eliminate risk of tip over.
