Fifth Wheel Lubrication
• Frequently operate and lubricate movable or sliding fifth
wheels to prevent corrosion.
CAUTION: Both the fifth wheel plate and the
slide tracks (if a slider) should be cleaned and
lubricated periodically to ensure smooth turning
and sliding action. Failure to keep these sur-
faces lubricated can lead to frame or driveline
damage.
