  If the server connection indication on your PetPace Pet Care Product is blinking, it means the server is not connected. Here's what you can do: * Ensure the middle LED is blinking; if not, refer to the troubleshooting instructions for the Ethernet connection. * Verify that there is a proper internet connection through your router. * Try turning the Gateway off by disconnecting it from the power, and then turn it back on. * If the LED is off, ensure the Gateway is properly connected to power.

  If you're having trouble with the Ethernet connection on your PetPace Pet Care Product, here are a couple of things to check: * Make sure the Ethernet cable is properly connected. * Check the modem/router that the Gateway is connected to and ensure its port LED is also blinking.
