The Note Book measures 8 5/8" x 12" (21.5 cm x 30 cm). If you have a different sized Note Book, meas-
ure it and add ¾" (2 cm) to top and bottom edge and approximately 7 1/2" (19 cm) on both long sides.

Cutting Instructions:
White satin fabric: 1 - 12 7/8" x 32 5/8" (32.5 cm x 83 cm) notebook cover
Pink silk fabric: 1 - 12" x 12" (30.5 cm x 30.5 cm) embroidery
1 - 12" x 12" (30.5 cm x 30.5 cm) lining
Interfacing: 1 - 12 7/8" x 32 5/8" (32.5 cm x 83 cm) front piece
Assembly Instructions:
Press interfacing to the wrong side of the white front fabric. Finish all edges of the front piece
with a three step zigzag or 4-thread overlock seam.
Fold white front piece in half lengthwise and lightly press. Measure 7 1/2" (19 cm) from both ends, fold
to wrong side and lightly press. Measure ¾" (2 cm) down on both long edges, fold to wrong side and
lightly press. (See Illustration 1)
Starting at center fold line measure down 2 3/4" (7 cm) and mark. Measure across the top
4 3/4" (12 cm), mark and draw a line (Line 1) between the two points.
