48. Measures required in case of inadmissible test readings
As to I If one of the 4 test functions is a failure, the ground mains socket is defective.
Inform the landlord.
As to II If the current consumption deviates considerably from the indicated value, although the
machine does not bind, the motor is defective and must be exchanged.
As to III If the insulation resistance drops below the required value, the defective components
must be found by systematic checking and must be repaired or replaced.
As to IV Here, the components with inadmissably high leakage current must also be found by
systematic checking and must be repaired.
