waits for the fulfillment of the power on condition by the
Pirani measuring circuit:

If the cold cathode measuring circuit is self-monitored, it
automatically switches off
when the measured value exceeds the upper
threshold.
The measuring circuit must be restarted manually. Re-
starting can be prevented by another measuring circuit
(e.g. Pirani).
