The device has stopped feeding,
because no product is detected for
a period of one minute.
Mains voltage interference
The electronics may be defective.
Fill in counting product. Remove any
blockages.
Have the mains voltage checked by
an electrician.

The device does not
switch off automatically.

The result of the count
is wrong.
The speed is too high.
The slider on the feed container is
set incorrectly.
Incorrect manual data input
(speed, size)
Device does not count correctly.
The electronics may be defective or
dirty.
The bag or bottle was filled several
times in continuous operation.
Reduce the speed.
Adjust the slider according to the
grain size.
Correct the data.
Carry out a text by means of a
reference sample.

Keep a void zone, i. e. leave a filling
position free.
The display flashes. The display is still in the setting
mode.
Press the button .
The device displays:
»preset wrong«
Preset = 0,
preset must be at least 1.
Preset > 99950, max. preset during
counting is 99950.
Counting differences:
The preset is bigger than the count.
Set a larger preset.
Set a smaller preset.
Change the preset or count
accordingly.
