Why is my Phcbi MDF-U731M Freezer cooling poorly?
    • A
      Alice PruittAug 5, 2025
Poor cooling in your Phcbi Freezer can occur for several reasons. Avoid storing a large amount of articles in the chamber at one time. Ensure that the ambient temperature isn't too high and the door is firmly closed. Check for large amounts of frost on the chamber wall and verify that the set temperature is inputted correctly. Avoid direct sunlight or any heating source near the freezer. Confirm that the rubber cap and insulation for the access port are correctly set. Also, avoid putting too many unfrozen articles into the freezer compartment and ensure it's not near any electric product which makes an electric wave occur.

How to fix a Phcbi MDF-U731M that is not cooling at all?
    • Y
      Yolanda FlowersAug 12, 2025
If your Phcbi Freezer chamber isn't cooling at all, check the following: ensure the circuit breaker of the power source is active, verify the voltage isn't too low (if so, call an electrician), make sure the power switch is ON, check if the freezer is in defrost condition, and ensure it's not near an electric product that emits electric waves.

    Anthony JacksonAug 19, 2025
Why is my Phcbi Freezer making so much noise?
    • J
      Jessica SanchezAug 19, 2025
Noise from your Phcbi Freezer can occur if it's not installed on a sturdy floor or leveled with the leveling feet. Ensure nothing is touching the frame. Also, the freezer might be noisy immediately after start-up or when the chamber temperature is high due to a large load; this noise should decrease as the chamber cools.

What to do if my Phcbi MDF-U731M Freezer won't let me change the temperature?
    • K
      kpopeAug 28, 2025
If your Phcbi Freezer does not accept changes to the set-point temperature, the key lock may be set to ON.
