5.6 Set the clock
This section describes how set the time, date, time zone, and daylight
saving.
Set the time automatically
Some digital channels transmit the time. For these channels, you can set
the time automatically. Follow these steps to set the time automatically
and to choose which channel to read the time from.
1. Press MENU on the remote control and select Installation >
Clock > Auto clock mode.
2. Select Automatic, and press _1to confirm your choice.

3. (Optional) Select the channel from which the TV will read the time.
• Press T and _ to enter the menu for Auto clock channel.
• Press A or T to highlight a channel.
• Press _1to confirm your choice.
4. (Optional) Select the time zone.
• Press T and _ to enter the menu for Time zone.
• Press A or T to highlight the time zone.
• Press _1to confirm your choice.
5. (Optional) Set daylight saving.
• Press T and _ to enter the menu for Daylight saving.
• Press A or T to highlight Automatic or Off.
• Press _1to confirm your choice.
6. Press MENU to exit.
Set the time manually
1. Press MENU on the remote control and select Installation >
Clock > Auto clock mode.
2. Press A or T to select Manual, and press _1to confirm your
choice.

3. Press T to select Time and then press I_ to set the time.
Use the format HH:MM. Select AM/PM for morning or afternoon.
4. Press OK to confirm your choice.
5. Press T and _ to enter the menu for Day.
6. Press A or T to select the day.
7. Press OK to confirm your choice.
8. Press MENU to exit.
5.7 Set the sleeptimer
This section describes how to program the TV to switch off
automatically after a delay.
1. Press MENU on the remote control and select Features >
Sleeptimer.

Press A or T to select a value from 0 to 180 minutes.
For example, when you select 90, the TV switches to standby in 90
minutes.
3. Press MENU to exit.
O Tip
To turn the steeptimer off, select 0 minutes.
