When

B’is
pressed,
the
tape
transport
buttons
will
control
both
decks
at
the
same
time,
except

the
recording
function,
which
is
only
possible

B.
During
tape
transport,
you
may
press
another
DECK
SELECTOR
button
and
operate
the
chosen
deck,
while
the
other
deck
is
continuing
its
previous
order,
e.g.
while
DECK
A
is
rewinding
a
cassette,
you
may
switch
DECK
B
for
fast
forward
winding
by
pressing
DECK
SELECTOR
button
'B’
and
pressing
the
fast
forward
button
FF.
When
one
of
both
decks
has
reached
the
end
of
the
tape,
it
will
be
stopped
automatically
while
the
other
deck
continues
operating.
The
DECK
SELECTOR
buttons
only
control
the
tape
transport
mechanisms,
but
they
do
not
control
the
signal
as
reproduced
by
the
loudspeakers.

heard
simultaneously.
The
A-B
FADER
CONTROL
is
operative
when
both
decks
are
in

PLAY

PAUSE

one
deck

and
the
other

position
PAUSE).
When
one
of
both
decks
is
switched
to
the
STOP
mode,
the
A-B
FADER
CONTROL
becomes
inoperative
and
the
playing
deck
will
automatically
be
reproduced.

recorder

During
CUE

REVIEW,
the
sound
will
stay
audible,
however,
played
back
at
a
high
speed.
Tape
counters

Make
a
habit
of
setting
the
tape
counters
to
zero
by
pressing
the
zero
reset
button
immediately
after
inserting
a
cassette.
By
noting
the
counter
reading
at
which
each
recording
commences,
you
will
be
able
to
locate
any
of
your
programmes
rapidly
by
fast
winding
or
rewinding
to
the
same
reading.
End
of
the
cassette
When
the
end
of
the
tape
in
the
cassette
is
reached
during
recording,
playback
and
normal
fast
winding
and
rewinding,
the
corresponding
cassette
deck
is
automatically
switched
to
the
STOP
position.
