Functional Overview
Controls on the system
1 OPEN•CLOSE ç
– to open or close the disc tray.
2 STANDBY-ON y
– switches the set on/off.
3 Disc tray
4 MP3 LINK
– connects an external audio source.
5 USB port
– connects an external USB mass storage device.
6 STOP 9
– In DISC mode, to stop playback or to clear a
program.
7 PROG
– in TUNER mode, to program preset radio
stations.
8 ALBUM/PRESET -/+
– MP3/WMA: selects albums.
– TUNER: selects a preset radio station.
9 SEARCH S /T
– in disc mode, press to skip to the previous/next
chapter/track.
– in TUNER mode, press to manually search for
radio stations.
0 SOURCE
– to select sound source for functions:
DISC, USB, TUNER, TAPE, AUX, MP3 LINK.
! VOLUME
– to adjust master volume level

– point the remote control towards this sensor
# LCD DISPLAY
– to view the current status of the system.
$ PLAY/PAUSE 2;
– to start or interrupt playback.
% CLOCK
– sets the system clock.
^ DISPLAY
– displays the disc information on the TV screen.

– enables or disables bass enhancement.

– selects different types of preset sound equalizer
settings (OPTIMAL, JAZZ, ROCK, or TECHNO).
