Preparing for use

Whenyouusethehumidierforthersttime,placeitintheroom
whereitisgoingtobeusedhalfanhourbeforeyouswitchiton.
2 Placethehumidieronasmooth,atandstablesurface.
Make sure the water basin is clean and free of foreign objects.
The recommended room temperature for babies is between 16 and
20ºC with a relative humidity between 40 and 60%.
3 Checktheairhumidityonthehygrometersupplied.Ifthehumidity
leveldropsbelow40%,followtheinstructionsinchapter‘Usingthe
appliance’.

Makesurethatthehumidierisdisconnectedfromthemainsand
thattheon/offknobissetto‘off’.
2 Removethecoverfromthewatertank.
3 Grabthehandleofthewatertankandliftitverticallyoffthebasein
astraightline.
4 Turnthewatertankupsidedown.Turnthetankcapanticlockwiseto
removeit(1)andllthetankwithapprox.2litresofwater(2).
Use clean water. We advise you to use boiled or distilled water. The water
temperature should not exceed 40ºC.
Onlyputwaterinthewatertank.Neverputanyadditives,e.g.inhalants
oressentialoils,inthewatertank.
