The On/O button - Press and hold it down to
start or stop the Tempus Pro
The Alarm Suspend button - Press it to
prevent alarms for 2 minutes or for as long as is
congured in the alarm settings
The Alarm Silence button - Press it to stop any
audible alarm signals for 2 minutes or for as long
as is congured in the All Alarms Menu
The Home button - Press it to make the
touchscreen display the home screen.
When the home screen is displayed, press and
hold the Home button for 2 seconds to lock
the touchscreen
The Data Input/Output button - Press it to
access the Data Input / Output Menu. Press and
hold it for 2 seconds to automatically open Send
Patient Data/Report
The Display button - Press it to access the
Display Menu settings on the touchscreen.
Press and hold it for 2 seconds to automatically
set High contrast to on for use in strong
daylight conditions
The Patient button - Press it to access the
Patient Menu. Press and hold it for 2 seconds to
automatically select the Patient details tab
The Camera & Waveform Snapshot button -
Press and release to capture a waveform.
Press and hold to start the Camera
The Main Menu button - Press and release
to access the Main Menu (Monitoring), Main
Menu (Communications) and Main Menu
(Settings) screens
The Event button - Press it to access the
Summary Record of Care (SRoC), trend graphs,
trend tables and the TCCC card (if congured)
The Previous Activity button - Press it to
return to whatever non-monitoring function was
last performed. For example, if an alarm is raised
when you are editing the TCCC card, you can
investigate the alarm and then use this button to
return to the TCCC card
The Battery Gas Gauge button - Press it to turn
on the LEDs that display power status
The Connect button - Press it to access
instructions on how to connect to the
alternate location
The Disconnect button - Press it to disconnect
from the alternate location. If the device is
connected to an alternate location, pressing this
will bring up a 10 second countdown after which
the voice and data connection will be dropped
The Mains Power LED - It lights solid green
when the mains charger is attached
The Battery Charger LED - It ashes green
for up to 20 seconds when a battery is rst
connected and lights when the battery
is charging
