or metal superstructure (such as
in a stadium).

porting mast, or tower where
there is any possibility of con-
tact with a high-voltage arc
from power cables or service
drops. Outdoor antennas
should be grounded against

the large center section to the
black ring; tighten lower
clamp; extend the smaller
element to the black ring;
tighten the top clamp
