1. PC sends replacement protocol
STX：1 byte，fixed as 0x3C.
Cmd：2 bytes, OS2passively sends communication protocol fixed as 0x41, 0x4C.
OS2 actively sends communication protocol fixed as 0x50, 0x42.
Pinnacle scale DigitOpBox protocol fixed as 0x44, 0x42.
ETX1：1 byte，fixed as 0x3E.
ETX2：1 byte，fixed as 0x09.
