external
damage
and operational
interference
of
control
surfaces
or hinges.
b. Insure that
wings
and control
surfaces are free of
snow,
ice or
frost.
3. a. Visually
check
fuel
supply
and
secure
caps.
b. Drain
fuel
tank sumps
(two).
