BEFORE TAKEOFF
All aspects of each pa(icular
takeolf shoLrld
be considered prior

takeoff
procedure.
Turn

swirch
and
check and set
all of the ttight
instru-
menrs as requi.ed. Check the füel
seleclor to make surc
it is on rhe proper
tank
(fullest).
Turn
ON
rhe elecrric
fuelpump and check
the engine
gauges.

All seal backs should

erccr.
The mixlu.e should
be
set and the
primer
checked
to insure
thal it is
locked. The seat
belis
and shoulder hafness
should be fasrencd
and adjusled.
Fasten rhe seat belts snugly around the emplr
scars.
