Also, ensure the GFCI is a minimum 10 Amp service. Check that all wire connections are firmly connected and dry. If that doesn't work, press the Power Button to ensure it glows blue, indicating a power connection, and turn the Temperature Control Dial to a temperature setting. As a last resort, the control board may be faulty and need replacement. Contact Customer Service for a replacement part.
