TO REPLACE THE OIL
Make sure that the deep fryer and the oil have totally cooled o before replacing the oil.
Replace the oil regularly. This is definitely necessary if the oil becomes dark or takes on a
dierent odour. In any case, replace the oil after every 10 times’ usage. Replace the oil
completely; do not mix old and new oil. Dispose of discarded cooking oil according to your
area's municipal waste regulations.
THERMOSTAT
The adjustable thermostat will switch o the deep fryer automatically. This can happen if
temperature setting of the deep fryer is reached. If the adjustable thermostat switches o the
deep fryer, please do not mind it. It will be ready for work again automatically when
temperature is lower than your setting temperature.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Clean the deep fryer on both the inside and outside regularly.
2. Clean the outside of the deep fryer with a damp cloth and dry with a soft clean cloth.
3. Never use abrasive cleaners or sponges.
4. The frying basket and removable lid can be cleaned in warm soapy water, but only the frying
basket is dishwasher safe. Dry them well before using again.
5. Never immerse the main housing into water or any other liquids.
