Do not operate the machine without supervision, if you
have to leave while the device is operating, always switch
it o or remove the plug from the socket (pull the plug
itself, not the lead).
Do not move the device when the fat is liquid/hot.
Always use the frying basket for deep-frying.
Always make sure the oil tank is dry and free of water
before use. If not, the hot oil can be blown out of the
tank and burn and injure people, as the oil and the water
have dierent boiling temperatures
Warning: Never mix fats and oils. Dierent types of oils
and fats may have dierent boiling and smoke
temperatures, which makes mixing them dangerous.
