BEYOND THOSE SET FORTH HEREIN, AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED
BY LAW. POLARIS AND ITS DEALERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS
OF USE, INCONVENIENCE, LOST TIME, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR ANY
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES.
