Intake Pre-Filters
The engine intake pre-filter is located on the right side of the cargo box.
The PVT intake pre-filter is located on the left side of the cargo box.
Inspect both pre-filters before each use of the vehicle to ensure adequate
air flow. If necessary, remove the pre-filters and clean with soapy water.
Dry with low pressure compressed air.
NOTICE: When washing the vehicle, always avoid spraying water directly
toward the PVT intake duct. See page 115 for recommended
washing procedures.
