Cylinder Block Inspection
Measure cylinder bore size.
S Out of specification: Replace cylinder block
NOTE: Cylinders are plated with NiCaSil.
Measure cylinder for taper and out--of--round limits.
1. BORE = Maximum diameter of Da -- Df.
2. TAPER = Maximum of Da -- De and Db -- Df.
3. Out--of--Round = Maximum of Da -- Db and De -- Df.

Camshaft Insp ectio n
Measure camshaft width.
