Storage Tips
Inspect and Lubricate
Inspect all cables and lubricate. Follow l ubrication guidelines in the
Maintenance Section of the service or owner’s manual t o completely
grease and lubricate t he entire vehicle with Polaris Premium All
Season Grease.
Battery Storage
See page 100 for storage and charging procedures.
Storage Area/Covers
Set the tire pressure and safely support the ATV with the tires slightly
off t he ground. Be sure the storage area is well ventilated. Cover the
vehicle with a genuine Polaris cover.
NOTE: Do not use plastic or coated materials. They do not allow
enough ventilation to prevent condensation, and may promote
corrosion and oxidation.
