Water in the fuel or incorrect fuel can also cause these issues, so replace the fuel. A clogged air filter should be inspected, cleaned, or replaced. Additionally, low battery voltage can be a culprit, requiring you to recharge the battery with a .5 amp charger. Finally, inspect and replace any kinked or plugged fuel vent lines.
