Fuel System
Gas Cap
The fuel tank filler cap is located directly below the
handlebars.
Use POLARIS Carbon Clean fuel treatment at each
fill. Follow the mixing directions on the container.
See page 168 for the part numbers of POLARIS
products.
Use unleaded gasoline with a minimum pump
octane number of 87=(R+ M/2) octane. Non-
ethanol fuel is recommended. Do not use fuel with
ethanol content greater than 10 percent, such as E-85 fuel.
Refer to the specifications section beginning on page 162 for fuel tank capacity.
