FEATURES AND CONTROLS
Throttle L ever
Electronic Throttle Control
This ATV is equipped with Polaris Electronic Throttle Control (ETC), which is designed to
reduce the risk of a frozen or stuck throttle. If the throttle cable should stick in an open
position when the operator releases the t hrottle lever, the engine will stop, and power to the
rear wheels will cease.
WARNING
Modifications to the ETC could result in failure to perform as designed, which could
result in severe injury or death. Do not attempt to modify the ETC system or replace it
with any after-market throttle mechanisms.
Clutch Lever
The clutch lever (1) is located on the left handlebar.
Squeeze the clutch lever toward the handlebar to
disengage the clutch. Disengage the clutch before
shifting gears.
