7. Install the rear brake caliper assembly and new bolts

. Torque to specification.
TORQUE
Rear Caliper Mounting Bolts:
33 ft-lbs (45 Nm)
8. Install lower radius rod. Torque fastener to
specification.
TORQUE
Outer Radius Rod Fastener:
52 ft-lbs (70 Nm) + 90°
9. Install rear brake line guide

and two fasteners

Torque fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Brake Line Guide Fasteners:
7 ft-lbs (10 Nm)
10.Torque wheel hub nut to specification and install a
new cotter pin

. Tighten nut slightly if necessary to
align cotter pin holes.
TORQUE
Hub Castle Nut:
180 ft-lbs (244 Nm)
11. Install wheel and four wheel nuts. Torque wheel nuts
to specification.
TORQUE
Wheel Nuts:
120 ft-lbs (163 Nm)
12.Allow 4 hours for Loctite® 680 to cure before vehicle
use.
CAUTION
Loctite® MUST cure for at least 4 hours before using
the vehicle.
13.Rotate wheel and check for smooth operation. Bend
both ends of cotter pin around end of spindle in
different directions.
