This checklist is intended for Dealer use. It is a guide to help with concerns that are
Intermittent and / or Hard to Duplicate. It is intended to collect as much information as
possible before continuing with the diagnosis.
• Please select or describe main concerns on the Symptom Chart. If needed refer to the
customer questionnaire if the information has not already been gathered.
• After selecting concerns, follow the Occurrence Chart for conditions under which problem
occurs.
• After the concern is verified and this information has been collected, refer to the applicable
service information.
