ADJUSTMENTS
Throttle Cable Freeplay
Throttle cable freeplay is adjusted at the handlebar.
1. Slide t he boots (1) off the inline cable adjuster sleeve (2). Loosen
the adjuster locknut (3).
2. Turn the adjuster until 1/16″ to 1/8″ freeplay is achieved at the
thumb lever. NOTE: While adjusting freeplay, be sure to flip the
throttle lever back and forth.
3. Tighten the locknut and slide t he boots over the cable adjuster until
they touch at t he midpoint of the adjuster.
