Bluetooth Pairing
1. Power the earbuds ON. Both of their LED indicators will flash RED and BLUE.
2. After a moment, a voice will be heard on the earbuds indicating that they have
paired to each other.
3. Set your mobile device to search for Bluetooth devices. When it appears, select
PTWS21 from the list of found devices.
4. Once successfully paired to your device, a tone will be heard, and you will be
able to play audio on your earbuds.

Note: Either earbud can be used independently.
Answering/Ending Phone Calls
When paired, you can control your paired device’s phone functions using your
device, or the controls on the earbuds listed below.
• 1x press the [Multi] button on either earbud to answer an incoming phone call.
• 1x press the [Multi] button on either earbud to end a phone call.
• Press + hold the [Multi] button on either earbud to reject an incoming call.
• 2x press the [Multi] button on either earbud to redial the last outgoing phone
number dialed.
Activating Voice Assistant
If your Bluetooth-paired device has a Voice Assistant, you can activate it using the
controls on the earbuds.
• Press + hold the [Multi] button on either earbud for 1.5 seconds to activate
Voice Assistant.
