Why is my Polocool HN 10C Air Conditioner not cooling satisfactorily?

  Several factors can affect the cooling performance of your Polocool Air Conditioner. Check the following: * Ensure the unit is suitable for the room size and conditions. * Clear any blockages from the air exhaust hose. * Keep the air exhaust hose as short and straight as possible (less than 1.5m if it's a standard hose). * Make sure the air exhaust hose is properly connected. * Close any windows or doors in the room. * Clear any blockages from the air inlet/outlet. * Clean the air filter. * Increase the fan speed. * Lower the temperature setting.

What to do if my Polocool HN 10C has no power?

  First, ensure the power plug is securely inserted into the power supply outlet and that the power is turned on. If that doesn't work, turn off the air conditioner, replace the fuse wire (or turn on the circuit breaker), and then turn the air conditioner back on.

Why Polocool HN 10C does not cool after turning on?

  The Polocool Air Conditioner has a safety feature that prevents the compressor (which provides cooling) from turning on immediately. Please wait three minutes after turning it on for the cooling to start.
