Why is my Polocool EX12 not cooling satisfactorily?

  If your Polocool Air Conditioner isn't cooling well, several factors could be at play. First, make sure the unit's cooling power is appropriate for the room size and conditions. Check for blockages in the air exhaust hose or if it's bent; clear any obstructions and ensure it's as straight and short as possible, not exceeding 1.5 meters. Ensure the air exhaust hose is connected properly. Close any open windows or doors. Clear any blockages from the air inlet or outlet, and clean the air filters if they're dirty. Increase the fan speed if it's set too low, and lower the temperature setting.

  If your Polocool Air Conditioner has no power, ensure the power plug is securely inserted into the power supply outlet and that the power is turned on. If that doesn't work, turn off the A/C, replace the fuse wire (or turn on the circuit breaker), and then turn the A/C back on.

  If your Polocool Air Conditioner doesn't cool after turning it on, wait 3 minutes. A safety device prevents the compressor (which provides cooling) from turning on for about 3 minutes. Also, drain any excess water from the unit.
