the cooking vessel will rise as
food is added. Be sure to allow
for this displacement when
placing liquid in the vessel.

the same voltage and frequency as your Circulator. The
correct voltage and frequency are indicated on a label on
the back of the unit. The use of extension cords is not
recommended.
