Functions of these parts are following:
- increase flue gas turbulence before entering the heat exchanger
- additionally utilize all yet unburned flammable gasses on the hot ceramic surface
- regulate combustion products flow through the exchanger.
The grate is placed into the working location through the boiler's cleaning door. We lift individual parts straight
upwards with their rear parts first and slide them upwards on the rear part of the combustion chamber. When it
stops at the roof of the combustion chamber, we lift the front part to the horizontal position. Then we put the
ceramic grate part in place by moving it downwards. Ceramic grate holders are on the front and rear part of the
combustion chamber. We will put the ceramic part into proper working place by light movement back and forth
without lifting the ceramic part.
Procedure:
 Note:
Solid combustion products may settle on the ceramic grate. It is necessary to clean it periodically by
moving the part into vertical position.
