Step 1 – Assembling handles
1. To fix the lower handle bar (7) into position, use washers (5a) and
tighten the quick-release levers (5) in a clockwise direction, then lock
them into position by folding the levers snug against the handle
support (Fig. 1). These levers should be folded in towards the bar using
moderate force to lock them in position. If they feel too tight when you
fold them, turn them anticlockwise to loosen them and then attempt
to fold them again. Do not use excessive force.
Adjust the lower handle to the desired operating position. There are
three possible positions

2. The upper handle bar (4) is assembled to the lower handle bar (7) using
the bolts (5b), washers (5a), and quick-release levers (5) on either side
(Fig. 2). There are two possible positions. Select the position
appropriate for the height of the user.
