Other potential causes include a fouled spark plug (clean/gap or replace the plug), a blocked fuel filter (replace the fuel filter), or the chain brake being engaged (pull the chain brake to the disengaged position). If none of these resolve the issue, the carburettor mixture adjustment setting may be incorrect, and you should have it adjusted by an authorized service center.

Also, a dirty air filter can cause this issue; remove, clean, and reinstall the filter.
