• The machine complies with all relevant
safety provisions. Repairs can be carried
out only by qualified repair staff in
authorised centres using original spare
parts. In case of non-compliance with the
provision, there is a danger of accident.
• Do not use the hedge trimmer if your
concentration is lowered, after taking
medication, if you are under the influence
of alcohol, or are tired.
• The machine can be used only for the
intended purpose. Any machine usage
at variance with its intended purpose is
considered non-compliant usage.
• The user is liable for the damage caused
to property and injuries resulting from
this non-compliant handling, and not the
manufacturer.

Maintenance and storage
• Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tight, to
be sure the equipment is in safe working
condition.
• Never store the equipment with petrol in
the tank inside a building where fumes
can reach an open flame or spark.
• Allow the engine to cool before storing in
any enclosed space.
• To reduce the fire hazard, keep the engine,
silencer, battery compartment and petrol
storage area free of hedge trimmings,
leaves, or excessive grease.
