  An orange Over-Voltage LED indicates that the battery voltage is outside the safe range. Check the battery wiring connections, using the wiring connection charts as a reference, and ensure each output is connected to a 12V battery. After correcting the wiring, wait at least 30 seconds before plugging the charger back into AC power. If the Over-Voltage LED remains orange even with correct wiring, unplug the charger and discontinue use to prevent potential damage to the battery or connected devices.

  If the Overheat indicator LED is orange, it means the charger is too hot. This could be due to the ambient temperature being too high. Make sure nothing is blocking airflow around the charger. If it's in direct sunlight, move it to a cooler location. Allow the charger to cool down, and it will resume charging once the temperature is within the safe range.
