Another potential cause is a blown fuse in the output cables, so inspect the fuses and replace any that are damaged. Also, check for faulty terminal connections by cleaning the battery terminals and tightening all wiring connections. Reverse polarity in the DC wiring connections can also trigger this issue; verify that all connections have matching polarity and replace any damaged fuses.
