by mixing 1 gallon (4 li ers) of gasoline wi h 3 2 ounces of
oil (95 ml) Af er adding oil o gasoline shake con ainer
momen arily o ensure proper mixing

Starting a Cold Engine
1 Place he cul iva or on a fla surface
2 Move he igni ion swi ch o he “on” posi ion (See Figure 6)
3 Move he choke lever o he ‘cold s ar posi ion
(See Figure 7)
4 Press he primer bulb slowly 6 imes (See Figure 8)
5 Grab he recoil s ar er handle wi h your righ hand and
suppor he cul iva or wi h your lef hand (See Figure 9)
6 Pull he recoil s ar er handle sharply un il he engine
s ar s and runs
7 Af er engine s ar s and runs for 10 15 seconds move
choke lever o “run/ warm s ar ” posi ion (See Figure 7)
Starting a Warm Engine
1 Place he cul iva or on a fla surface
2 Move he igni ion swi ch o he “on” posi ion (See Figure 6)
3 Move he choke lever o he ‘run/ warm s ar posi ion

4 Grab he recoil s ar er handle wi h your righ hand and
