INSTALL THE WHEELS (See Figure 2)
1. Slide the wheel hub onto the wheel axle.
2. InstallM8x20mmboltwith30mmatwasher.
3. Snap hubcap into place.

INSTALL THE DRAG BAR (See Figure 4a and 4b)
1. Insert the drag bar into the bottom of the swing plate bracket.
2. Insert the pin thru the bracket and drag bar.
The tiller comes fully assembled except for a few parts. The following instructions will help you complete the tiller assembly.
ATTACH UPPER HANDLE (See Figure 3)
1. Slide the upper handle down over the lower handle and
align the holes.
2. Insert the saddle bolts into the holes as shown and
securely with the handle knobs.
3. Tighten the handle knobs securely.
INSTALL LOWER HANDLE (See Figure 3)
1. Install lower handle to frame using M10 x 25 bolts and
washers.
