A: "START/STOP": START the treadmill in stopping state, STOP the treadmill in running state. Press
the STOP key to slowly stop in the running state.
B: "SPEED +”: Speed Increment Key, in the state of running is the key of speed increment;
C: "SPEED -"Speed Decrement Key, In the state of running is the key of speed decrement;
D: "6KM/H" and "12KM/H "buttons on the display can be directly adjusted to the corresponding
speed;
E: "PAUSE/CONTINUE "Button on the display can pause the treadmill and continue to use the
treadmill when the treadmill is running;
How to Link Bluetooth
Turn on the treadmill, press and hold the "Speed-" button (D) and release it after hearing the
"beep" sound. Within 1 minute, the mobile phone Bluetooth searches for the treadmill audio
GearStoneAudio. After the connection is successful, the Bluetooth indicator (E) is always on. Other
mobile phones can no longer find the Bluetooth audio of the treadmill; "If there is no connection
for more than 1 minute, the treadmill audio (GearStoneAudio) will be automatically hidden. At this
time, you need to press and hold the "speed-" button (D) of the treadmill again to hear "di"
Release after the sound, the phone can find the treadmill audio (GearStoneAudio)" .
2. As for the paired mobile phone Bluetooth, users do not need the above steps, for the phone
and the treadmill are automatically connected.
3. After deleting the Bluetooth pairing information of the treadmill on the mobile phone, the
mobile phone will not be able to find the Bluetooth audio of the treadmill, so please long press
the "Speed-" key (D) again.

Start instructions
1. Fix the safety key in the position provided under the display. Turn the power switch on and
the buzzer will sound then the manual mode will be activated.
2. Press the start button, the time window displays a countdown of 3 seconds. Every second
a beep sounds, which signals the countdown. The motor then starts.
3. Starting speed: 1km/h press speed + and - to adjust the speed.
4. The time is timed operation in normal mode state, speed is fixed and can be adjusted
manually.
