Why is my Powervar ACDEF700-11 UPS beeping and overloaded?

  If the icon and are flashing, a warning code appears on the LCD, and the alarm beeps twice every second, it indicates that the Powervar UPS is overloaded. This may be because the UPS is genuinely overloaded or, after repetitive overloads, the UPS is locked in bypass mode. To resolve this, remove excess loads from the UPS output. If the UPS is in bypass mode, also shut down the UPS and restart it.

  If there is no warning or fault indication and no alarm, even though the mains is normal, the AC input power cord may not be firmly connected to the input of the UPS or to the mains, or the AC input is connected to the UPS output. Ensure that the AC input power cord is firmly connected to both the input of the UPS and the mains. Also, plug the AC input power cord firmly into the AC input.
