7. Warranty conditions
EmergoPlus guarantees that the PowerXtreme X20/X30 battery is
constructed in accordance with the legally applicable standards and
regulations. During production and prior to delivery, all PowerXtreme
X20/X30 batteries were extensively tested and checked. If you do not act in
accordance with the instructions and the regulations of this manual,
damage may occur and/or the unit will not comply with our specifications.
This could imply that the warranty becomes void.
The warranty period is 2 years. If you register your battery with us (via
website www.emergoplus.com) we extend the warranty period to 5 years.
8. Liability
EmergoPlus cannot be held liable for:
▪ Damage resulting from the use of the PowerXtreme X20/X30;
▪ Possible errors in the supplied manual and their consequences;
▪ Use that is incompatible with the purpose of the product.
