Note: When the handlebars are mounted correctly, each
bends slightly outward.

3. Attach the handlebars using four ⁵₁₆-inch x 1¾-inch hex
head screws, eight ⁵₁₆-inch washers, and four ⁵₁₆-inch
locknuts. Using a torque wrench, tighten the fasteners
with 180 to 200 inch-pounds of torque.

4. Rotate the plastic boot so that its tab aligns with the
cutout below it, and then press the boot downward to
secure it in place.
