DO NOT fully tighten the fasteners until instructed to do so.
To begin assembly:
1. Remove the two bolts, two flat washers, and two nuts from the ramp and set them
aside.
2. Slide the console frame into the ramp and base frame.
Important DO NOT pinch or crush the cable during assembly.
3. Attach the console frame to base frame using two bolts
. Hand tighten the bolts.

4. Secure the console frame to the ramp using two bolts from the top and two lock
nuts.

5. Have your assistant pull the console frame forward while you tighten the
ramp bolts using one wrench on the bottom nut and one on the top bolt.
Tighten to 204 in-lb of torque.
Important DO NOT skip this step. It is required to ensure proper assembly.

6. Fully tighten the base frame bolts.
7. Using a fish tape, pull the power cable from the ramp, up through the
console frame, and out the top.
