Exercise (Rear Delt)
Grasp the horizontal handles.
Pull the handles around to the side of your body in a slow, controlled
motion.
Pause at full contraction.
Slowly return to the start position.
Training Tips
Keep your chest (Rear Delt) or back (Pec Fly) against the pad.
