The temperature range of the thermostat is 50-250 Deg C

NB: Your appliance has been fitted with a cooling fan to achieve optimum efficiency
of the controls and to ensure lower surface temperatures are maintained.
The cooling fan is thermostatically controlled and will operate when the oven is turned
on and will continue to be heard running for a short period of time until the oven cavity
has cooled down to a predetermined level.
